Peckham Packaging
My project focuses on the production of food packaging grown from mycelium. These products will be utilized by takeaways and food vendors in Peckham for service to customers. Who will supply the substrate for the mycelium to grow on. The building complex comprises of a series of ‘pods,’ each housing part of the process or public space. Each space has its own spatial and environmental requirements determined by the process allowing for size variation and different levels of public interaction.
